Ingredients
- 1 lb small red potatoes, cut into fourths (about 3 cups)
- 4 medium carrots, sliced (2 cups)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cans (15 oz) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 14 oz chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 1 t Italian seasoning
- 2 T fresh parsley
- 1 T olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients except oil and parsley in 3-4 qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Stir in parsley and oil.
