Ingredients

  • 1

    T olive oil

  • 1 1/4

    lb ground turkey

  • 1

    c chopped onion

  • 1

    c chopped green pepper

  • 2

    T chili powder

  • 4

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4

    cup mole

  • 2

    14 oz cans chicken broth

  • 1/2

    t salt

  • 1/2

    t pepper

  • 1

    can black beans, drained

  • 1

    14 oz diced tomatoes

  • 1

    can chopped green chiles

Directions

Heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes until browned, stirring to crumble. Add onion, bell pepper, chili powder, and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Combine mole and chicken broth, stirring with a whisk. Add broth mixture and other ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. 8 servings 281 calories
