Barry’s Famous Chili

Love this hearty chili

Ingredients

• 2 - Bush’s Chili Beans - Medium
• 2 - light kidney beans
• 1- dark kidney beans
• 1 - black beans
• 1 - Rotel
• 2 - 4 oz mushrooms
• 1- sliced black olives
• 1- beer
• 2 quart jars of canned tomatoes
• 1 - McCormicks chili mix
• 1 - Williams chili mix
• 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
• 1 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1 - onion, chopped
• 1 each red,yellow, green peppers chopped
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 jalapeño (frozen whole from freezer)
• Chili powder to taste
• Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beeef with onions, garlic and peppers. Drain and rinse. Brown sausage and drain and rinse. Mix all in big stock pot.
