  • 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 2 teaspoon frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter

Step 1

Place milk and vanilla in a blender. Add tofu, cocoa, and nutmeg followed by banana slices and juice concentrate. Blend on low for 20 seconds, then switch to high and blend until banana is fully incorporated, about 20 to 30 seconds. Drop peanut butter into the liquid and process on high until fully incorporated, about 20 seconds. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
