Ingredients

  • 4 c water
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and chopped
  • 6 brown and serve turkey sausage links
  • 2 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 t each garlic salt, seasoned salt, pepper, and thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water and potato to boil. Crumple sausage in skillet and grown. Stir in all ingredients.
