Beef Teriyaki

  • Marinade:
  • Must prepare partially ahead
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 10 oz. bottle soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all marinade ingredients.

Pour marinade over steak and refrigerate 24 hours. Remove steak; broil 20 minutes, turning at least once. Cut into very thin diagonal slices.

May also cook on grill, turning frequently.
