Refridgerator salsa

My friend named this recipe because she says she opens her crisper and throws in whatever she finds. I guess I am a bit choosier and stick with the same ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 anaheim pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • several minced garlic
  • 2 cans el pato
  • bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 chopped avocados
  • juice from two limes
  • 1 Tbls. cumin

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Pour lime juice over avocados before adding to salsa. Refridgerate. Serve with chips or over salad.
