Ingredients
- 1 zuchinni
- 1 garlic clove
- butter
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Slice that up almost all the way through (like you are making medallions, but not quite), rub the entire thing with butter (a lot of butter).
Then crush an entire bulb of garlic - add the garlic to the buttered Zuc, add a generous (I said generous) amount of fresh ground pepper and a dash of salt, then roll the whole thing in tin foil.
