Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenneM
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and then spread over ribs, rubbing in on both sides. Cook ribs at 250 for 3 hours and then add regular bar-b-que sauce to finish them off. Cut and serve.
