Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 2 cucumbers, chopped
  • 3-4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz fat free feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Make dressing in bowl. Add vegetables. Marinate in bowl for 12- 24 hours.
