Ingredients
- Curly leaf cabbage- cut in pieces
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 1/2 cup dried beans (White, Great Northern)
- 2 or 3 carrots (sliced on the diagonal)
- 3 or 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 zucchini, slice
- 1 small package frozen petite peas
- 2 or 3 red potatoes, cut up
- 1 package frozen Italian vegetables
- V-8 juice
- 1 small package frozen Italian green beans
- Pasta
- Beau Monde
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Clean Vegetables the night before. Cook beans the night before and save the liquid. Boil pasta. Saute onion for just a few minutes. Add tomato sauce and V8. Add potatoes, then simmer for a few minutes. Add carrots, and dash of pepper. Add other vegetables except beans and add the bean juice. Add beans, simmer. Add cabbage, simmer. Add pasta, simmer.
