Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 Irish Whiskey or Brandy, Rum, Bourbon, Scotch or Rye
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipping or light cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate flavored syrup
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

In blender container combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve over ice if desired. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir before serving.
