Chew: The Chew's Basic Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Half and Half
  • 1 cup Beer
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 3 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 6 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepot over medium heat, combine the half and half, beer, mustard powder, and all-purpose flour. Warm, but do not allow to boil.

Fold in the cheese and stir until melted. Transfer to a warm fondue pot.

Serve immediately with accoutrements.
