Ingredients
- 11/2 C. Instant White Rice, uncooked
- 11/2 C. Hot Water
- 1 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning Mix
- 4 Sm. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Lg. Green Pepper, cut into strips
- 1 Lg. Red Pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 C. Salsa
- 1/2 C. Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Fold up all sides of each of four 18x12 in. sheets of heavy-duty foil to form 1 in. rim; spray foil with cooking spray. Combine rice, water & taco seasoning; spoon onto centres of foil. Top with remaining ingredients. Bring up sides of foil. Double-fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place in 15x10x3/4 in. baking pan. Bake 30-35 min. or till chicken is cooked through; let stand 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.Transfer to plates & top with sour cream. Serve.
