Zoodles with Marinara sauce and shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini squash - put through spiral cutter to make "zoodles"
  • 6 shrimp
  • 3 Tbsp "Easy Marinara Sauce" (on my Pinterest board under Italian or on Key Ingredient - Italian)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray frying pan with Pam. Heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Saute for 3-4 minutes until heated through. Remove from pan.
2. Season zoodles with salt and pepper. Saute for 1-1/2 minutes.
3. Heat homemade marina sauce in microwave for 45-60 seconds.
4. Plate and enjoy!
