Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 28 oz can plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 4 oz can green chiles
  • 1 15 oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Preparation

Step 1

Heat chicken broth and tomatoes to boiling and immediately reduce heat. Add onion, garlic and green chiles. Simmer 1 hour. Add beans, chicken, and macaroni. Simmer 20 minutes.
