Cream of Broccoli Soup (Easy)

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups half and half
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli with onion according to package directions and drain. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water and added to broccoli. Place in blender and process until smooth. Return to saucepan and stir in half and half and seasonings. Heat to serving temperature.
