Double Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 8 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 eggs
  • Crust:
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • Garnish
  • Chocolate curls

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust ingredients. Press dough onto a 9-inch springform pan. In bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and lime juice until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Fold in sour cream, melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix well. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. Chill. Garnish with chocolate curls.
