Adjust whiskey according to taste

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 oz. irish whiskey
• 1 tsp granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup hot strong coffee
• 1-2 tbsp whipped cream or topping

Preparation

Step 1

Combine irish whiskey and sugar in irish coffee glass. Add coffee. Stir

Pour whipped cream on spoon held over coffee, allowing it to run off to fill to rim of glass. Do not stir. Drink coffee through cream.
