BUTTER - CRANBERRY

Ingredients

  • 1 C. butter, softened
  • 1 C. jellied or whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Peacans, Chopped (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Whip butter in a medium mixing bowl, using an electric mixer on high speed, until light and fluffy. Add cranberry sauce and mix on medium speed until thoroughly combined.

Place in individual or large serving container. Sprinkle with pecans if desired.

Best when served at room temperature.

Serve with muffins, bagels, pancakes.
