Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups FLOUR
- 1 cup SUGAR
- 1 Tablespoon BAKING POWDER
- 1/2 teaspoon BAKING SODA
- 1/2 teaspoon SALT
- 2 cups CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 3 EGGS
- 1 cup BUTTERMILK
- 1 cup SALTED BUTTER, melted
- 1 Tablespoon VANILLA EXTRACT

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Add in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and stir.
In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and stir together gently.
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until toothpick tests clean. Cool completely before frosting or slicing.
