Ingredients
- 1/2 bushel tomoatoes (don't peel; wash and cut up)
- 3 hot peppers
- 2 red sweet peppers
- 3 lb onions
- 1 pt oil
- 2 T oregano
- 2 T basil
- 48 oz can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c salt
- 1 clove garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Blend the first 4 ingredients together in blender.
Combine all ingredients in stock pot and cook to desired thickness.
Process 5-10 minutes.
