Ingredients
- SALAD
- 4 cups shredded romaine or red lettuce --prefer red
- 4 carrots pared and cut into 2 inch sticks
- 1 cup small macaroni shells-cooked
- 1 package (10 ounce) peas-thawed
- 1 small red onion-sliced in rings
- 1/2 pound ham (2 cups) cubed
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) swiss cheese grated
- DRESSING
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1 1/2 teaspoon dill weed or 2 Tablespoons snipped fresh dill. Can add 2 hard cooked eggs cut into wedges.

Step 1
Layer Salad ingredients in order. Mix dressing ingredients and mound in center of salad. Garnish with eggs if desired. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.
