Cashew Chicken

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast (per person)
  • 2 eggs (per pound of chicken)
  • 1/4 cup milk per egg
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 bottle planters peanut oil
  • 2 chicken boullion cubebs per cup of water (1 cup per 1 lb. of chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons oyster flavor sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken into small pieces

Let stand in flour for 15 minutes

Let stand in egg and milk mixture 10 minutes

Roll in flour again

Fry in hot (300 to 400) peanut oil

Keep warm in covered pan

Top with cashews
