  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Cider Mop
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 full racks pork spareribs, St Louis cut, trimmed of any large pieces of excess fat, membrane removed
  • 2 tsp. tabasco sauce
