Pepper Crusted Pork Tender Loin

Ingredients

  • 1.5 # Boneless Pork Tender Loin
  • 2 T Brown Sugar
  • 2 T Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 T Rosemary Minced
  • 1 t Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Medium Bowl Combine Sugar, Pepper, Rosemary & Salt. Rub Over Pork, Wrap in Saran & Refrigerate 24 Hours.

Preheat Oven 450F, Place Loin, Less Wrap, on Wire Rack in Oven Safe Dish.

Roast 15 Minutes. Reduce Heat to 375F, Cook 30 Minutes Until 140F in Center.

Transfer to Cutting Board, Tent & Let Rest 10 Minutes Before Cutting.
