Spinach and Parmesan Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10oz. package frozen chopped spinich, thawed
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. grated parmesan
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • Dippers such as celery, pita chips, bread

Preparation

Step 1

Squeeze excess liquid from the spinich. In a medium bowl, combine the spinich, sour cream, parmesan, 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper, and garlic. Serve with dippers.
