Sun-Dried Tomato & Pesto Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 ounces sun-dried tomates
- 3 cups cooked garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup refrigerated pesto sause
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1/4 cup water

Step 1
In food processor or blender, process tomatoes until finely chopped. Add beans, pesto, tahini, salt and water. Process until smooth.
Transfer to a serving dish or storage container. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or up to 2 days. (I eat it right away... can't wait)
Serve with pita bread, pita chips, crackers or vegetables.
