Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp rum extract
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Confectioners sugar
- evaporated milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter & sugar, sift flour & Nutmeg, mix the two add flavoring, egg & Mix together. Roll into 1/2 inch logs or balls. Bake @ 350 degrees 10-12 minutes.
Icing-
3 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 Tbsp run extract. Beat well & add 2 cups confectioners sugar slowly alternating with 3 tbsp evaporated milk, frost cookie, sprinkle with nutmeg or candy sprinkles.
