Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Cream the following with electric mixer then add to sweet potatoes:
• 1 large can sweet potatoes
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1 stick oleo
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Topping:
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup oleo
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
