Dad's Peanut Butter Delights

Ingredients

• 2 cups peanut butter, room temp
• 1 cup white chocolate, melted
• 1 pound semisweet chocolate, put in crockpot on low heat and melt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend pb and melted white chocolate together and pour in a squeeze bottle. Melt and pour dark chocolate in a separate bottle.

2. Start with dark chocolate for bottom layer, let set for couple of minutes, then squeeze pb mixture.

3. Let set up same time. Add dark chocolate to cover pb layer.

4. Freeze for 10 minutes, then turn pan upside dwon and they are ready to eat.
