Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 T vinegar
  • 3/4 c raisins
  • 3/4 c chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Blend eggs, butter, sugar, and vinegar until smooth.
Add raisins and nuts.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 for 45 min.
