Ingredients
- Pork butt roast - 7.5 lbs with bone in
- 3 cans Dr. Pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 T. brown sugar
- can of Chipotle peppers
Preparation
Step 1
Put meat in crockpot.
Cut up onion & put around & on top of roast.
Put brown sugar on top of roast.
Pour in Dr. pepper
Add can of chipotle peppers
Cook on low for 8 hrs.
Pour juice and peppers into another container. Discard fat. Shred meat. Add back as much juice & peppers as you want, or serve them separately.
