Ingredients
- 6 - 8 large broccoli crowns
- 2 cartons vegetable stock (Smart & Final vegetable base works well too)
- 2 pealed russet potatoes
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together in large pot, cover and heat until broccoli and potatoes are very soft. Let cool and then put into a blender or food processor to blend.
