Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 package simply potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 can (10-3/4) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cip sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1-1/2 cup corn flakes coarsely crushed
- 2 t melted butter

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 quart glass dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all hash browns ingredients: mix well. Spread into baking dish.
In a small bowl stir together all topping ingredients. Spread toppings evenly oven hash browns. Bake 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender. Serves 8 to 10.
