Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 package simply potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 can (10-3/4) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cip sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1-1/2 cup corn flakes coarsely crushed
  • 2 t melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 quart glass dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all hash browns ingredients: mix well. Spread into baking dish.

In a small bowl stir together all topping ingredients. Spread toppings evenly oven hash browns. Bake 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender. Serves 8 to 10.
