Ingredients

  • 1

    package simply potatoes Shredded Hash Browns

  • 1

    can (10-¾) cream of chicken soup

  • 2

    cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¾

    cip sour cream

  • ¼

    cup chopped onion

  • ¼

    cup melted butter

  • Topping:

  • 1-½

    cup corn flakes coarsely crushed

  • 2

    t melted butter

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 quart glass dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all hash browns ingredients: mix well. Spread into baking dish. In a small bowl stir together all topping ingredients. Spread toppings evenly oven hash browns. Bake 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender. Serves 8 to 10.
