Ingredients
- 2 c butter
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c dark brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 4 c flour
- 5 c oatmeal - measured and then powdered in a blender or food processor
- 1 T salt
- 2 T baking powder
- 2 T baking soda
- 24 oz. milk chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz Hershey chocolate bark
- 3 cups chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugars together.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
In 3 batches, mix dry ingredients into butter/sugar mixture.
Add chocolate and nuts.
Roll into golf ball sized balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 about 8 minutes
