Chocolate Sour Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Cup sugar
• 2 heaping TB cocoa
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1 cup thick sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 TB baking powder
• vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Start mixer at slowest speed until blended.Bake in 6x6x2 at 350 for 45 minutes
