Three Meat Marinades

Ingredients

  • First Marinade
  • 3/4 cup dry red or white wine
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • dash of red pepper
  • Second Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 TBS honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 TBS vinegar
  • Third Marinade - teriyaki
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

For flank steak, marinade overnight all other meat 2 hrs or so, turning occasionally
