Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 TBS dry mustarwd
  • 1/2 sugar (scant)
  • 2 Beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup canned milk
  • 1 TBS butter

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs slightly and add rest of ingredients. Cook in top of double boiler. Cook until just thick - serve hot or cold
