Ingredients
- 3 T soy sauce
- 3 T. honey
- 3 T peanut oil
- 3 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 scallions finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In shallow nonreactive pan(or in a small bowl), mix together the soy sauce, honey, oil and mustard, then stir in the garlic and scallions.
Add the meat or put meat in plastic bag and add marinade. Marinate 15 minutes or more; if longer turn meat occasionally.
