Ingredients
- 2 cans (29 ounces each) sliced peaches in syrup, undrained - or canned peaches, frozen peaches and 2 cans (21 ounces) peach pie filling.
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 2 Pie crusts from CAM's basic Pie crust recipe
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Transfer to greased 13x9x2 inches baking dish.
Make pie crust and top peach mixture. Bake in 350 degrees F. oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
