Ingredients
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 box Chicken Stovetop Stuffing
- 6 (approx.) slices deli ham (I used honey ham)
- 6 (approx.) slices swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter, cut into lots of pieces
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In Slow Cooker insert, place chicken. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Mix Cream of Chicken soup with milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Pour over chicken.
Next, add layer of ham slices.
Prepare stuffing according to box and then spread evenly over ham.
Place butter slices on top of stuffing.
Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
Uncover for about 20 mins or so on HIGH to help thicken liquid.
Next, place slices of Swiss cheese over top.
Re-cover and continue to cook until the Cheese is melted.
Serve and Enjoy!
