Double Decker Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 c. peanut butter chips
  • 2 c. chocolate chips
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c evaporated milk
  • 14 oz marshmellow fluff
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

This is done in 2 stages.

Line 8" pan with foil.

Combine 2 1/4 c. sugar, 7 oz fluff, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. butter in heavy sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly, until mixture boils. Remove from heat and add peanut chips & 1 tsp vanilla.

Stir until melted and gets shiny. Pour into pan.

Combine 2 1/4 c. sugar, 7 oz fluff, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. butter in heavy sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly, until mixture boils. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips & 1 tsp vanilla.

Stir until melted and shiny. Pour over peanut mixture.

Chill well at least 24 hours. Cut into bite sized pieces and store in airtight container.
