Pomarita Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup tequila
• 1/2 cup sweetened lime juice
• 1 cup pure pomegranate juice
• 1/4 cup triple sec
• 2 cups ice cubes
• 1 fresh lime, sliced thinly

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients, except lime slices, into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 45 seconds.
5. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass and garnish each serving with one or two thin slices of fresh lime
