Quick Fix Slow Cooker Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cans tuna
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cheese soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cup of water
  • 1 box mini wagon wheels
  • 1/4 large onion diced
  • 1/2 a container of fresh mushrooms
  • 1/3 bag of frozen peas and carrots
  • spiced to taste (ms dash table blend, red pepper, and sea salt).
  • shredded cheese at the end to top it off

Preparation

Step 1

Drain 1 can, use juices from other 2.
Place tuna and juices into slow cooker. Add soups water and noodles. Stir together. Add milk, veggies,spices. Stir together. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

At 1 1/2 hours stir and check to see if additional water is needed.
At 20-30 mins left sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Serve hot in a bowl.
