Rice, Fried

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.
2. Stir in the rice, teriyaki sauce, parsley, garlic powder and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the egg, cook and stir until egg is completely set, about 3 minutes.
