*PASTA BROWN BUTTER AND PARMESAN

Step 1

Prepare 1 lb dry spaghetti based on pgk to just before aldente. Drain and set aside. Then melt 2 tbsp. butter in large skillet and add 1 c panko. Cook until browned. Remove and set aside. Wipe out skillet. Then add 1 stick butter and melt over low heat stiring. Once it begins to foam, add 3 cloves minced garletic and red pepper flakes and stir until nutty aroma. Remove from heat. Add the pasta and 1 c grated parmesan and toss together. Then stop with panko, fresh squeeze lemon juice and chopped fresh parsley. WE TRIED THIS 10/18. I LIKED IT. TWO OF THE THREE ALSO DID. IT WAS VERY GOOD FOR LUNCHES FOR WORK.
