Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Filling:
- 1 14oz can eagle brand milk
- 4 eggs yolks
- 1/2 cup Key lime juice
- 3 tsp Key lime zest

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Preheat oven to 350*
Combine all ingredients and press into 9 inch pie pan and bake 10 minutes and let cool completely
Filling:
Preheat oven to 325*
Whisk milk, yolks, juice and zest. Pour into pie crust.
Bake 10-15 minutes until almost set
Let cool to room temperature
Cover and refrigerate
