Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 10 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until light and fluffy. Addthe eggs and beat well.
Measure the flour int oa small bowland thoroughly mix in the baking soda before gradually adding it to the butter mixture. Stir in the chips and nuts.
Drop by round tablespoon fulls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool before moving to rack.
